Please give a tip how to compare results properly

I have tried to run same sysbench test on four different environments and got following results.

Command was the same sysbench cpu --threads=2 run

Results (from lowest events per second to highest):

MBP 16 M1 2021	Apple M1 Pro	10	1.0.20	25966061.94

Doesnt look realistic, actually. For example: M1 is 18000x times faster than i7 4770HQ, or i5 M560 is almost identical to i7 4770HQ (actually even 1.2x faster).
