Update Diff view on file save

Again taking inspiration from SublimeGit, it'd be fantastic if git-plus updated the Diff view when appropriate: for individual file views, when the file is saved then the diff view should be updated; for the Diff All view, then the view should be updated whenever any file is saved. This avoids having to constantly close and reopen it.
