Publish a new release on vim.org

Could you please consider publishing a new release and upload it on vim.org ?

I found plantuml-syntax on vim.org and it's very useful for me. I was trying to fix some stuff that were bothering me when I realized that the 0.2.0 version published is 5 years old. Fortunately nearly all of them are already fixed in your repo. Thank for the good work :-)
