KuduFlowStage doesnt support UNIXTIME_MICROS type

Hi, I have a table in impala and one of the column type is "TIMESTAMP". And when i read this table via kudu table, the schema shows it as a UNIXTIME_MICROS, and when i saw the kudu flow stage doesnt support this. Is this intentional? if so how would i handle this?

Hi @stephenrooban It seems to be an oversight be the original author of Alpakka Kudu that this type is not supported. It would be great if you can suggest improvements!
