Add Kubernetes Deployment descriptors

The deployment and "Run in Kubernetes" sections were removed in https://github.com/akka/akka-platform-guide/pull/800

It would be useful to have ordinary Kubernetes Deployment descriptors included in the samples and I think the "Run in Kubernetes" sections can be added back with small adjustments.
