It looks like it was a CS2 issue and it's has been fixed. I tried with a recent random [faceit match](https://www.faceit.com/en/cs2/room/1-b81721e4-bd93-44e8-8002-ab60bd5e4fdf) and there is no glitch.
Since this demo doesn't contain the game event list message it uses the list embedded with the lib. The game event list schema changed since the network protocol v14023 so...

thanks @jaredliu2018 i managed to reproduce the issue and it should be fixed as of v3.9.0. the problem was that the first sequence might not be recorded (it was random)...
