Timeline: alllow muting using comment discussion settings

When using a Fediverse client, you often get the option to mute specific keywords so they do not appear on your timeline. It would be nice if the Friends plugin supported that too, so I could follow folks but avoid specific topics that do not interest me / harm me.

It can be done today using rules, you can click the context menu of a post and choose "muffle" and then select a keyword that "trashes" the post. Alas, this is per user only for now.
