Option to display full username of a feed in `/friends`

Simply displaying the username of me on @[email protected] for example is a little confusing when I'm going to have quite a few me that I follow, and I'm also a me in terms of username.

Here's a mockup of what it should look like, IMO:

Much more in line with expectations from existing social networks with the display name above the username, and the publication date following it. Perhaps it even makes sense to add brackets around the username, e.g. ([email protected]), to bring it into line with what people have come to expect elsewhere.
