/friends/ is a 404 when there are no posts

Most of the times it still works since the Friends plugin can render the page. For some hosts, it causes and empty page or a redirect loop. Hence it'd be better to not use a 404 status.

A common way how to solve this is to just insert one placeholder post. Might be a good idea here, too.
