Migrate from Mastodon

Since we have ActivityPub support via https://github.com/pfefferle/wordpress-activitypub/pull/172, it'd be interesting to allow migration from a Mastodon instance.

So the Friends plugin would take care of the people you follow, but migrating your followers should be in the ActivityPub plugin (https://github.com/Automattic/wordpress-activitypub/issues/178).
