I cant do it

Hello, is on youtube some video, how to install this plugin? I have problems since beginning as common/config/main.php - where is this ???? i have only found config/web.php + there is no User class etc.... or is there some similar video about configuring other plugins, that could show me how to do that? Or isnt here some already created Yii2 blog, that I could only download without installing this to my basic Yii2 app? Thanks
