After using this package for myself, I now plan on stopping using it. Not only because org-roam has become quite popular, I now think this package is a technically bad idea.
The biggest issue is that having numerous Org files is bad on performance. I am currently migrating to a much simpler setup, and this package will be unnecessary.
I have added a new function to convert links created by this package to id links. devel branch contains org-multi-wiki-replace-with-id-links function, which can be used to replace all links to a particular namespace with id links.
To use it, first set org-multi-wiki-extra-files to include all non-wiki Org files, and then run the command.
I am not sure if there is anyone using this package (I guess no), but I will leave this information just in case.
