[Feature Request] Different settings PER Podcast

First, I want to say I love this project. I found out about it on Reddit months ago, and it's awesome to see the development since then.

Just an idea for future development: Different settings per podcast. For example, one podcast I might like to have labelled with the episode number, and prefer another podcast labelled without that.

With every podcast having different labelling schemes, I could see this being a helpful feature for archiving. Some shows naturally sort well (such as "S01E04" or "Episode 133" as a title, which I wouldn't add the episode number to). But some shows are a random title ("Updates this week!" "Talking to This Guest", etc) and it would be beneficial to have the episode number appended to the filename in that case to keep the order.

This certainly isn't a deal breaker for my usage of the project, as I really like its ability to be left alone and do what it does best: download podcasts!
