[Feature Request] Notifications for new episode aired/downloaded

This is a great app and just what I was looking for. I'd like to see a notification feature if possible to let us know when new episodes have been published/downloaded please.

+1 - I'd be happy with some sort of webhook, bash script running automatically, or even touching a file somewhere, so I can react from the outside to new files being present. I am moving over from a podget installation that has been running for the best part of a decade, and is tied in to a complex environment of software, mostly to support some very legacy devices and music players. Podgrab is a pleasure to use so far, but I'd really like to kick off a few activities on arrival of new files.

It's indirect, but here's an option: I have this piped into a music library in Plex(labeled Podcasts), and I have Tautilli setup to notify me when new files are added to that library
