[Feature Request] Delete Episode completely

Describe the missing feature An option should be added that allows to remove an episode completely from the respective podcast in the "Home" tab and in the "Episodes" tab, so that it's not even visible anymore. This allows for a cleaner and clearer overview over all the episodes.

Not exactly what you want, but I have a branch and PR that lets you filter the "Episodes" page by download status.
