[Feature request] Auto-delete played episodes?

Thank you for this great application. This should be exactly what I was looking for a long time.

One, possibly stupid, question: Are played episode files automatically deleted? Otherwise, the hard drive would eventually run full.

If as played flagged episodes are not yet deleted automatically, this would be a very important feature. Supplemented by the option that certain "marked" episodes, possibly the bookmarked ones are not deleted but kept. Thank you very much!

Furthermore, it would of course be great to be able to create settings for automatic download, automatic delete, etc. per podcast feed.

Yea, I saw the auto-download 5, and new... And instantly thought of Pocket Casts ability to auto-archive after playing AND a set inactive time. Among other things this removes the file from the local device. Super nice to not have to constantly manage data.

Importantly! You can star podcasts which then lets them become immune from auto-pruning actions (above).

Would love to see this implemented!
