[BUG] Session timer not working

• Installation Type: Docker on Synology / version 20.1.3
• Have you tried using the latest docker image / code base [yes] -I used that latest docker image Current Version | 2022.07.06

Describe the bug I discoverd on Chrome browser on Android 12. That i was still signed in on my Hammond site in the evening and the last time that i used it was in the morning. But in the evening i open my browser i check the tabs and the Hammond site was still open and signed in. There is bug I think with the session timer or cookie, maybe is that the reason that i'am not automatically logged out. After a certain amount of time.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Chrome browser'
2. Login on the Hammond as Adminstrator and the let the tab open without clossing.
3. Anf then close the browser app without closing the tab.
4. If you open the app than it still signed in.

Expected behavior What i want to happen is that a solution come , that the users automatic signend off by closing the tab or browser. Or if you use it not a certain time.
