Update Readme to have detailed usage of ARF

It would be nice for README to be updated to contain guide on how to use ARF, i.e. strict requirements, inner workings and on boarding process.

Some examples would be great! Having a wiki also would be beneficial .

Also a detailed report of all tasks for multiproject-git-gradle and usage would be very helpful.

Documenting all tasks is a bit ovewhelming at the moment. I documented ASF feature and it's configuration at https://github.com/akhikhl/multiproject-git-gradle#automated-release-feature.
