Closing this PR, since it (only) uses deprecated toolchain versions, see https://docs.easybuild.io/policies/toolchains .

We can close this since RELION 4 is out (and I have a new .eb for that)

Toolchain is a bit old and it's superceeded by #18170

It's probably better to not copy xattrs by default as in #418

Problem seem to be in mfu_copy_xattrs when called from mfu_create_directory. The xattrs contain system.posix_acl_default and system.posix_acl_access. When chmod -w has been done on the src dir, the system.posix_acl_access xattr contains...
