`C-c C-l` not working

I'm using doomemacs and enabled the vterm module, already add the alias config in .zshrc, but when in vterm, C-c C-l not working. I've use C-h k to check the key binding, it shows signature as vterm-clear-scrollback, but why nothing happen I press the key?
