Increase file upload size limit on akeneo dev 6.0

I am having trouble increasing the max upload file limit on my instance of akeneo dev. It is the docker version.

I have looked at the php.ini file on the fpm container and cannot find the max_upload_file size parameter.

Any assistance would be helpful
