Internal Server Error on a fresh install

Hello I did a fresh install of akeneo with the demo data included. During setup there were absolutely no errors. However, uplon logging in the backend, when i click products or categories, they do not load and throw a "Internal Server Error"

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.. Thank You
