.env overide during installation without Docker as dev

Hello ,

we are trying the Akeneo pim 6 without docker and if we change .env file as like localhost of MySQL , username password etc but it seems NO_DOCKER=true make dev override the file as default values again n again

YOu need to clone the good .env file and name it .env.local
