Use Ec2 PublicIpAddress - Feature Request

It would be awesome if we could use the Ec2 PublicIpAddress instead of the Private ones. That speeds up the AMI creation process as you don't need to configure a VPN or something like that.

I tried it with a fork but those pypi and python version stuff is a nightmare. Like using that newish release workflow works but the package than is messed up with python 3.8 errors.
