Results directories (qc and reads)

Hi all, I managed to run (I think) tje kgwasflow. However, I am roamign the output files and find that in the result directory I have all the reads while I only have a fifth of the qc files. Is it normal ? By the way, I had to rerun the snakmake several times (due to my machine limitations).
