When using the papermill operator, the area for the `notebook` parameter in the component properties side panel isnot rendering, but is a required field. 

Thanks for checking, I'll see if there's an existing issue or get an issue up in jupyter upstream and go from there.

There is a timeout error that appears after approx. 2 min.

~~Also could you let us know how kubeflow pipelines is being deployed? Im assuming this is in openshift with the crio container runtime given the appearance of the `jupyter-work-dir` directory...

@cupdike - So I think I've been able to to recreate the problem you're having. Could you try copying any artifacts you want pushed to S3 into the original cwd...

@thesuperzapper - 3.9.0 has been released which should include changes to fix this issue.
