iota-pm and nelson. Removed nodes still visible in iota-pm

I like iota-pm. But together with nelson (https://medium.com/deviota/carriota-nelson-in-a-nutshell-1ee5317d8f19) there is an issue. Nelson adds/removes neighbors quiet often. But in the iota-pm the removed neighbors are not removed. Only through a full refresh of the page they disappear.

That's not a problem. Nelson doesn't know iota-pm exists. They need to be integrated if that is ever supposed to be automatically done.

They don't need to be integrated. Both use the IRI API. But iota-pm does not hide the widget from the UI if the neighbor is removed through the IRI API. Only through a full refresh iota-pm shows the real neighbor state. TODO: iota-pm should only show the widgets for neighbors which are currently configured in IRI: {"command": "getNeighbors"}
