Using deep-ranking for people detection

Hello I want to use a deep ranking to compare photos of people The goal is to identify the Same people with same clothes one different photo. I have construct a dataset of 350 picture in 40 classe. Unfortunately the training process never finish. After several day i get a loss of 0.023 but on the next step i come back to 0.457 and now it's 0.8685 Any idea about what is wrong ?
