Minor errors/oversights

He is Col. Douglas (Colonel) but is listed as Cmd. Douglas (Commander) on send message screen from bridge. - I recall this may have been discussed before? I have mentioned it again just in case.

If you toggle AI control for player, some strange things can happen.

First of all, it is possible that the mission fleets eg Benson Fleet etc will begin to move around in the AI pattern.

Secondly if, for example, you choose the pre-hyperdrive trait and then enable AI control, the AI will research Hyperdrive one before you are at a high enough rank to be able to see/use the research screen. You will hear the research started/stopped/complete announcements but will not see the progress% at the top right of screen as this happens.

Since it is not possible to control Benson Fleet as the player or to research anything until you are a high enough rank to do so, it seems toggling AI control somehow circumvents the parameters/restrictions of the campaign.

Mission objectives

Repair or rebuild the damaged buildings Have working power, housing, church...

I would suggest the wording should be changed to prefab housing or change the mission parameters to accept the apartment block and arcology as currently those structures will not complete this objective.

Resolve the pirate battle near Naxos Negotiate with them or just kill them, its your call.

Apostrophe missing its vs it's ^

DIALOGUE/SUBTITLES Opening cutscene Time stamps seem off? Subtitles run ahead of audio?

Says "...been in state of war for some time now..." Should say "...been in a state of war for some time now..."

Says "...you'll be answering to the governors..." Should say "...you will also be answering to the governors...

Game starts.

San Sterling status Says "...we will call you." Should say "...we'll call you."

Reinforcements request (first, denied) Says "...causing you such headache?" Should say "...causing you such a headache?"

Your wife - Kid's school day Says "...we just got to say hello..." Should say "...we just called to say hello..."

Says "...first day at school..." Should say "...first day in school..."

Says "...so I can buy more toys..." Should say "...so I could buy more toys.."

Says "...money grubber..." Should say "...money grabber..."

Says "...hope you'll home for the holidays..." Should say "...hope you're home for the holidays..."

Says "Hudson kisses to ya..." Should say "Hugs and kisses to ya..."

Naxos - Unknown Says "...the ships in the are not responding..." Should say "...the ships in the area are not responding..."

Merchant - Attack Says "Aliens are attacking..." Should say "Aliens are attackin'..."

Thorin/Tullen cutscene Says "...can we let this to happen..." Should say "...can we let this happen..."

Achilles status Missing subtitle response "Everything is normal here."

I can complete this later if you would like.

Thanks for the comprehensible list. Would you like to fix some of them via a PR? Most textual errors can be easily located and resolved.

The AI assist doesn't recognize scripted fleets of the campaign. I'll look into that myself and the research before level 3.

I'm not sure where the text is located or what you mean by a PR but I'd be happy to explore the full campaign and make all the corrections/email you corrected files.

I can't reproduce the AI takover with Benson. Do you have a save just before the mission?

Try allowing Benson mission to start, turning on AI control. Save game. Load game. Do not rendezvous with Benson fleet. I think this is how I produced the behaviour.

Let me know if this works, if not I'll experiment and try sending you a save.

Also you never replied to my last response in the forum which was a couple of weeks ago now, I guessed you had been busy so I didn't want to harass you.

When I turned on the AI assist, only my main fleet started flying around; Benson's fleet stayed at its position. The AI assist is not really meant for the campaign.

Sorry I should have been paying more attention, I was at work when I replied to this. It is not the Benson fleet, it is an earlier fleet that I produced this behaviour with.

I will email you with proper save files soon. I have discovered another odd behaviour when attacking virus carrier over garthog planet, space stations did not defend themselves and plasma planetary guns were invisible and did not defend themselves either.

Do you want me to complete the subtitle corrections? Sorry that I don't know what PR means. Always happy to help where I am able.
