"edgeworker auth" no long accepting token

edgeworkers/examples/getting-started/hello-world/README.md step 21 seems to be out of date.

EdgeWorker CLI v1.1.0 only accepts <hostName> .

Usage: akamai-edgeworkers create-auth-token|auth [options] <hostName>
