Activation rollback support

Hopefully never needed, but would be good to support a command to trigger a rollback to a previous version on the Akamai platform, should the worst happen.

At present, the [activate] command will activate the local code to staging | production only. What if a site change has leaked out and needs rolling back quickly? The only way I see this being managed currently is either via native API call or via the UI?

This would be awesome. This would help us finalize our pipelines for Akamai as Code.
