API tester UI gets stuck in loading state if user has not activated a credential

Reported by @szarouski https://github.com/szarouski - I tried to send a request to a test endpoint (not sandbox endpoint yet) and UI got stuck in a loading state. Not big deal, I guess I can just close and reopen, but eventually it would be great to timeout request after long time.
