Feature request: Let user drag&drop to move the panel around, like the Outline

Is it complicated to make the panel grag&droppable, like the Outline panel, so the user can drag it where he/she prefer?

Personally I'd prefer to embed over or under over the treeview, but any user could have his own preference, so making it drag&droppable could make everyone happy
