I kicked the tires and drove it around the block--it looks fixed to me. It's a good feature, adding a fine-grain option to bookmarking.
I now think there is one more aspect to this problem. Web version. Immediately after hoisting, I expect Dehoist to be highlighted--offered as a live option--in the drop-down Outliner menu....
