GRID_MAX_POINTS_* not updated

found a problem. When upgrading a firmware (drag drop), GRID_MAX_POINTS_X and GRID_MAX_POINTS_Y remain the same (default = 3) in destination (upgraded) Configuration.h

these where renamed - check the main version and dragged in Also these options repeated in the configuration - and issue is the last option loads as first

I ran into the same problem with GRID_MAX_POINTS and possibly also with JUNCTION_DEVIATION. It would be useful to get a list of new or removed / vanished options..
