Windows: git not recognized as installed if installed to anything other than c:\program files\git

Using the Windows version, installed git to t:\program files\git marlin-conf would not recognize it as installed until I moved it to c:\program files\git

It depends to default installation settings. The tool must be reached from command console interface. Windows has some issues related with the PATH environment variable and needs sometime restart or relogon
