Feature Request: compare different configuration.h files

It would be a nice feature if you could load different config files and get the differences higlighted

I am testing Marlin 2.0 and I which there was an easy way to just pull the current files from github, merge the already existing config, get missing or new config options highlighted so you can look after them and then compile the thing. I hoped marlin-config would to that.

Currently, whenever there are changes to the config files, I get an error asking me to commit or stash changes to the conf files and often it switches to a completely different release like 1.1.0-RC4. I tried deleting the conf-files, sometimes it works but sometimes marlin-conf complains about that afterwards. My only reliable solution so far is to move the config files to a safe place, delete the working directory, create a new one with marlin-config, pull all files, change to the desired branch and import the config files by drag and drop into the marlin-config window.

I am sure there is another way by using git commands (will read into that soon), but still this method would lack highlighting new or removed config options.
