Add automated builds and release binaries for Ubuntu, Debian, and Arch/Manjaro

This update introduces a GitHub Actions workflow to automate the building and releasing of binaries for multiple systems, including Ubuntu, Debian, and Arch/Manjaro. Additionally, the installation step description for Debian has been updated to improve clarity.

Hello there! This change seems fine to me, although I think part of the fun of systemf is compiling it from nasm. Have you tested this? I'd like to get some confidence it works before merging and cutting a release to test.
