[Feature Request] Community comic request feature

I am thinking of a feature of something like plex request. I have users that would like a feature that is like a survey form where users can request comics to admins. Can possibly have Mylar integration that will perhaps search on mylar for that comic add it to library and even maybe searching for that comic. Mylar integration is definitely alot though, I really love this and it let's me read my comics anywhere and in my own control!

I know this is a big feature but I'd really love something like this, there's alot more community ideas I have like having users rate comics and see ratings and or reviews that users can post. There's more of that stuff and deeper mechanics in it that I'd love to have but just the request thing seems nice
