Feature: Open preview in a new window for dual monitor

Hi latex preview team! I was working with your extension and it is so useful 😍, I like to keep the "Preview Tab" always open to see the changes in "real time" and view the exact page where I left.

But it is taking half of the Visual Studio Code editor's space and I have a external monitor with full space. I think Visual Studio Code allows the user to open a file tab in a new window, but it is not the case with Latex Preview.

So this is what I would like to have 😅
