Solution is not compatible with Microsoft.Net.Compilers 3.4

If you clone the solution and by default have the Microssoft.Net.Compilers version 3.4 installed, the following error will occur: Version Used: 3.4.0

Steps to Reproduce: Using VisualStudio 2019 16.4 Build project Tips: the Same project works well in Microsoft.Net.Compilers 3.3.1

Expected Behavior: Build succeeds

Actual Behavior: Build fails
