Would be nice if a user could add a custom description on a service. Maybe only shows when you hover over the service?

It's a good idea. Where do you see the description going, under the name or under the image ?

I would say under the image would most likely be best

Not asking for things at a glance as the other item you said this was a dup of. I was asking for a custom description you have to put into the service edit page like for Radarr "Movie Service" or Plex "Personal Netflix"
