Allow drag and drop to different category

Description

Changing the category of a service requires the user to click on it and select it in the dropdown:

Since Homarr already has this DND system, it would make sense to change the category via drag and drop:

An important consideration to make is that users with touchpad might accidentially change the category. However, this also applies to the existing possibility to change the order of services in a category.

Yes it would make sense, however, I'm really bad at making DND's. Maybe an expert on the subject could help me add the feature you are describing. It's planned ultimately I want everything to be adjustable and moveable
