Feature Request - Add new App to a Category

Description

Add a new App to an existing Category. Since it is all created as blocks, a new App can be added to the last block of the selected Category instead of the default location.

Hi, We've had limitations with our current system. It's been asked already to have tiles appear as the last element too but as you can see we haven't been able to have them spawn other than at 0,0. Due to this I don't think it's possible. If our new system allows us to do the first, then doing this one might be a quality of life we can have, albeit I'm not sure I can see the gains. In an effort to keep things clean, having such functions for simple matters seem (or can look) like bloat. I'd be interested to know what others think of this though.
