Show 'downloading' (only) in torrent widget

Right now the torrent widget allows you to see all active torrents, it would be nice if there was an option to only show downloading torrents.

This is a different thing. When 'display completed torrents' is off and 'display active torrents' is on, current behavior is to display all active torrents: seeding and downloading. This issue is to add a way to only show downloading torrents.

Thanks for your comment @hillaliy I think I remember seeing a PR to move this table to mantine-react-table. If that's already done it might be easier to just filter out the items that don't have the wanted status (downloading)

Yes we use mantine-react-table, but I didn't make the filter. I can look for it when Homarr 1.0.0 will release. For now @zwimer can check the dev image it's contained some nice changes for that widget.

@hillaliy I'm using the docker container ghcr.io/ajnart/homarr:latest; if that is running the version you want me to check I can, if not, just let me know which container I can snag to do so :)

I do like the new widget. It does not contain the feature requested in this issue, but if you are just asking my opinion on it, very visible progress has been made on this widget overall and it is very appreciated.
