Add temp/humidity compensation algorithms

Add latest correction compensation algorithm to PMS5003T temp and humidity readings based on research from the AirGradient team.

Also adds fix for negative temperatures not being handled correctly on PMS5003T in ESPHome 2023.12.8 and earlier
