enem 2009 does not extract on mac or unix

@DjalmaPessoa this problem affects 2010 as well. could you contact the appropriate people at INEP and ask them if it's possible for them to re-post both the 2009 and 2010 files using the same compression as 2011-2015? thanks

thanks. the 2009 and 2010 files will not work with lodown unless we put winrar back in the program, which i'd like to avoid
