puppet-supervisord Transfer to VoxPupuli?

Hey @ajcrowe, I'm happy to do the modulesync and release to forge part for this module. I think the only relevant thing you need to do is migrate it to the voxpupuli namespace and removing all webhooks except Travis.

@skrivy somebody with admin permissions in this repository needs to migrate it to our namespace. I'm not sure if other people than @ajcrowe have permissions for that :(
