Clicking "Preview" should only skip one segment

  • existing segment 0:15:15
  • preview segment 0:15:16
  • expected: only skip at 15:16
  • actual: skips at 15:15 & continues towards multiple segments

It would also be helpful to override the settings for skipping while previewing and default to autoskip - currently it seems like it follows extension settings

@mchangrh I'm pretty sure all unsubmitted segments right now are treated as autoskip, so that should be fine when it will only allow skipping that type.

Sometimes I want to preview a 4-piece segment also as one. (It should be the same, but technically auto-skipping all 4 pieces is the end-result of the Submit. Might as well preview it before submitting)
