SponsorBlock Segments are not loaded

Segments are not loaded in the video. I can assume that my GoodbyeDPI is to blame for this. When trying to create a segment, he writes to me that the segments have not been downloaded from the server, but they may exist. Maybe it's because of my region (Russia)?
